About Us
Hi there! My name is Daisy and I'm the maker and baker behind the online gift shop and pop-up, PASTRY PLUG! As a baking and cake decorating professional, I became inspired to create food art through my upbringing and love for Guatemalan artisanal crafts. With my family's culture, work experience, and travels, I was driven to create art inspired by all things fruity and dessert! The Pastry Plug online gift shop features handcrafted jewelry, accessories, home decor, props, stationary, and more - and it ALL looks good enough to eat! This forbidden fake food art has been featured in Vice's i-D, and several independent and international magazines.

Here at Pastry Plug, our small business is run by my husband and me! David (AKA Papa Pastry) is the graphic designer & creative behind branding and web design. As a power couple, we design, fulfill orders, and host pop-ups together. Niko is our cat. He mostly meows, gets in the way, and sits in our boxes, but we love him anyway.
